Men and women in Cardiff are increasingly turning to prostitution as a career choice, a study which lifts the lid on the capital’s sex industry has revealed. The groundbreaking research has for the first time found the reason why hundreds of people in Cardiff choose to sell their bodies. The findings dispel the myth of sex workers trapped in a dangerous trade by controlling pimps, financial insecurity and drug and alcohol abuse.
